The QR-Auth app is required to scan your QR codes. It is available for Apple and Android devices.
Before you can begin creating and using QR codes you will require both a site and a QR group to assign them to.
A site is a location that you will be using the QR codes. Click here to navigate to Sites and click the "Create New Site" button to begin adding a new site.
A QR group is used to help decide which options are provided to the user upon scanning a QR code within it. Click here to navigate to QR groups and click the "Create New QR Group" button to begin adding a new QR group.
Now that you have successfully created a Site and QR Group you can begin creating your QR Codes.
Now you can create your QR codes.
Click here to navigate to QR codes and click the "Create New QR Code" to begin creating a new QR code.
If you see an alert telling you that you are unable to create a QR code it means that you have not created your intial Site and/or QR Group.
Now that you have a QR code you will want to have options that appear when a registered device scans it. To do this we need to create Options.
Options are menu items that are selected by a device user after having scanned a QR code via our app.
By default an Option will be shown on all of your QR codes. To restrict this you can assign it to only appear for codes within specific QR Group(s) and/or devices in specific Device Group(s).
Click here to navigate to Options and click the "Create New Option" button to begin adding your Options.
In order to scan a QR code and being logging those scans and their selected options a device is required to be registered to a Devices Group.
A Devices Group contains information about your scanners and their devices. They can also be used to assign options available to them when scanning.
Click here to navigate to Devices Groups and click the "Create New Devices Group" to begin adding a new Devices Group
To register a device firstly you must scan one of your QR codes from our app.
Once this is done the device will appear under Unknown Devices.
Click on your Device in the Unknown Devices listing. You will be presented with a dialog, on here you can select "Add Device To Group" and then select which group you would like to add the device to.
Click here to navigate to Unknown Devices.
